Senator Wilken, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
the Finance Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                       
NO. 344(RES) "An Act relating to annual rental fees, statements of                                  
annual labor, and production royalty for mining claims; and providing                               
a cure for abandonment." Without objection, the bill was referred to                                
the Rules Committee.
